Usage
The shunt circuit breaker is used in conjunction with a three-phase four wire prepaid 1.5-6A mutual inductance meter.
(1) 1.5-6A is off the meter and requires an external shunt trip circuit breaker to achieve prepayment function. If the shunt trip circuit breaker is not connected, the electricity meter will not automatically power off after the user's meter is used up and can continue to be used. When recharging, the IC card will be inserted into the meter, and the credit amount will be automatically deducted.
(For example, if the user's IC card is charged with 100 degrees, they can continue to use electricity after using up the 100 degrees. If the user owes 50 degrees, the meter will display -50. The next time they recharge 200 degrees, the IC card will be inserted into the meter, and the 50 degrees will be automatically deducted, leaving only 150 degrees).
(2) When there is a fee in the prepaid electricity meter, the shunt trip circuit breaker will not automatically close and needs to be manually closed. When the prepaid electricity meter is used up, the shunt trip circuit breaker will automatically disconnect. If there is no fee in the prepaid electricity meter, manual closing will cause the shunt trip circuit breaker to trip.
(3) The prepaid electricity meter is no longer charged. After recharging and inserting the IC card into the meter, confirm that the fee has been entered into the meter and manually close the excitation trip circuit breaker.
model selection
The function of a 3P shunt trip circuit breaker is the same as that of a 4P shunt trip circuit breaker, with the main difference being the load current range
(1) 4P has high safety. During equipment maintenance, both the neutral and live wires are disconnected to avoid working when the neutral wire is live. 3P shunt trip circuit breakers are used to disconnect the neutral wire, but the cost is relatively low.
(2) The external dimensions of 4P are larger, while those of 3P are smaller, depending on the actual installation position
(3) The current range of 4P and 3P shunt trip circuit breakers: 160A, 200A 225A, 250A, 315A, 400A, 500A, 630A, 800A, etc
